Calling all Cello, Viola, & Violin players 13 - 18 years old! This summer, spend a weekend studying and performing chamber arrangements of popular songs at Church Street School for Music and Art in Lower Manhattan. Learn from master musicians & educators, meet other teen chamber music instrumentalists and enthusiasts, and add fun new tunes to your repertoire during this exciting weekend workshop! 

 

Founded and curated by Church Street School for Music & Art Executive Director, chamber musician and longtime arts administrator Dr. Christina Placilla, the Teen Pop Chamber Workshop will include daily ensemble rehearsals, professional coaching, a culminating performance, and many opportunities to explore one of the largest global centers for art & culture.
