CHILDREN'S BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Base Price:

• Music Birthday Parties - $950 (cash)/ $978.50 (credit)

• Art Birthday Party - $1150 (cash)/ $1,184.50 (credit)

Additional Costs:

• Additional Guest Cost (Base price includes 20 participating children):

  • 5 more participating guests/ total of 25 children - $150 (cash)/ $154.50 (credit)

  • 10 more participating guests/ total of 30 children - $300 (cash) / $309.00 (credit)

• Pizza Cost:

  • Cheese - $32.50 (cash) / $33.48 (credit) per pie

  • Pepperoni - $35 (cash) / $36.05 (credit) per pie

Payment

• A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to hold the space

  • The deposit is due at the signing of the kids party agreement.

  • The space will only be held with both a signed agreement and deposit payment.

• The final payment is required 72 hours before the party. The payment can be emailed, given over the phone, or delivered during office hours.

• If final payment is not paid full by the birthday party date, then you must pay an additional $25 late fee.

• If the payment is received after the party date, there will be an additional fee of $10 per week late.

• Exclusive use of the party space for 90 minutes for up to 20 participating children (not inclusive of adults or non-participating older children), Plus 30 minutes of set-up time

• A professional and experienced Educator/Artist/Musicians to lead the fun.

• Aid from an experienced party coordinator & assistant.

• Supplies to make your art themed party come alive, and the option to take home your own project.

Kids parties take place on select weekend dates at 11am and 1:30pm. See below for the full list of party dates for the 2025 - 2026 school year.

• CSSMA must be provided with at least 72-hour notice prior to the Client cancelling the birthday party.

  • You will be entitled to any fees, minus the deposit, if the cancellation occurs before the 72-hour notice period.

  • If you cancel within 72-hours of the party, CSSMA will refund 50% of the total party fees along with the cost of additional guests (if any) and pizza (if any).

• CSSMA reserve the right to cancel a party at any time.

• CSSMA cannot be held accountable for extreme weather or other unforeseen catastrophic events and will reschedule if this occurs at no cost to the client.
