Church Street School for Music and Art is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. As such, we depend on outside funding to support our programs and activities.

Our generous funding sources include grants from the New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA), NYC Department of Cultural Affairs, New York City Council, Manhattan Borough President, Lower Manhattan Development Corporation, Lower Manhattan Cultural Council, Hyde & Watson Foundation, Edward S. Moore Foundation, Battery Park City Authority, as well as private gifts.

Our annual fundraising activities and events include a silent auction and benefit dinner, gingerbread house decorating workshops (acclaimed by the New York Times), a family event The Happening, faculty concerts and art shows.

Every form of support- whether grant, corporate sponsorship or individual gift- furthers our mission of providing high quality, affordable arts programming to the families of Lower Manhattan and New York City at large.

If you are interested in furthering our mission and making a tax-deductible donation or corporate sponsorship, please contact us.
