Registration

All prices listed on our website, within our brochures, and in any of our publications reflect cash-only prices. An additional $3 will be added to any credit card transaction.

Students enrolling before the first day of class must pay the registration fee plus 25% of their tuition , as well as leaving a valid credit card number at the time of registration, with the balance due by the first day of class. If the balance is not paid in full by the first day of class, the credit card on file will be billed for the full amount of the remaining tuition. Students enrolling on or after the first day of class must pay in full at the time of registration. Any student who has an outstanding balance at the end of the semester will not be allowed to enroll for the following term.

A late fee of 10% of the tuition will be applied to all late payments. If the balance continues to go unpaid, late fees will continue to be applied on a monthly basis, and the student will be at risk of dismissal.

Families who feel unable to pay in full by the first day of class can set up a payment plan with the front office, and pay in up to four installments throughout the semester. Payment Plans require that a credit card be left of file with the registrar, with payments being deducted automatically on the 15th of each month. Payment Plans must be set up before the payment is due in order to avoid late fees.

Audits If siblings or friends will be attending a class, prior permission must be granted by the teacher, and an audit fee must be paid.

For students wishing to withdraw from their current registration at Church Street School, a written request must be presented to the registrar or the front office stating the date and reasons for the withdrawal.
