| Ishta Yoga provides Asanas (physical exercises) and
deep relaxation to develop strength, flexibility, and calmness, which
enable us to let go of tension and stress. We focus on the individual
student, to support a rediscovery of radiance, balance, peace and
joy within ourselves. The pace of the class is gentle and energetic
at the same time to allow a steady flow guided by our breath. Classes
are taught in a group situation and one-on-one for adults and children.
All levels are welcome. |

| Pilates Mat is a full body workout taught on the floor.
Pilates provides us with stretching and strengthening exercises, to
achieve greater endurance, circulation, balance, internal strength
and flexibility. The focus is on integrating the abdominal muscles
into alignment. Following the principles of physical fitness training,
we also use conscious thinking to control movement and breath, in
order to move with grace, joy and safety. |
