dalcroze solfege and eurhythmics
Dalcroze Solfege and Eurhythmics is a method of teaching music theory, note reading and writing, composition and improvisation through singing and whole body movement. Students learn to trust their own intuitive musicality with mind, ear and body working together. Acclaimed by famed professionals like Sergei Rachmaninoff and George Balanchine, the Dalcroze Method was created for music students of all ages. This method offers a unique alternative to traditional methods of learning music theory for the beginning adult.
