Dimitri Dover

Pianist Dimitri Dover received an honors degree in Applied Mathematics from Harvard University, where he performed extensively as a concerto soloist, recitalist and chamber musician. He earned a Master’s degree and Graduate Performance Diploma from the Peabody Conservatory. A Graduate Assistant in accompanying at Peabody, he was awarded the Clara Ascherfeld and Sarah Stulman Zierler accompanying prizes and the Lillian Gutman Memorial Piano Prize, and was twice honored with performances at the Peabody commencement ceremony. His principal teachers include Ellen Mack, Robert Levin, Ann Schein, and John Perry. Dimitri’s recent performances include recitals with Richard Sher, founding cellist of the Vermeer Quartet; with cellist Caitlin Sullivan at Weill Recital Hall in New York; concerts with the Arcturus Chamber Ensemble in Boston, and with the North Shore Pro Musica of Long Island, where he performs regularly.
