Alison Fox received a Master of Fine Arts Hunter College with a concentration in painting. “I teach foundations through process.  End result is not a priority.  I strive to make classes safe for kids to explore their creativity.  The children are given a chance to own the art making experience.  My goal is to teach an enthusiasm for art.”  She has shown work in galleries in New York and abroad for six years, most recently at the Fireplace project in East Hampton. She has also been reviewed in New York Times, Village Voice, ARTnews and Art in America and has work in the collection of Guggenheim museum.
