Guitar Mash is a series of live events and online collaborations bringing together guitarists and music lovers around the block and around the world. You are invited to the Inaugural Guitar Mash Concert + Jam: Sunday, November 11, 2012 , 11:30AM- 3:00PM.

Featuring: Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers) + Tom Colicchio (Top Chef, Craft restaurants) Musical Director Mark Stewart (Paul Simon) leading a band of New York’s finest session players - Featured guitarists leading their favorite tunes including Larry Campbell (Bob Dylan, Levon Helm Band); Stefan Grossman (protege of Rev. Gary Davis); Lenny Kaye (Patti Smith Group), Nels Cline (Wilco) and others to be announced. Event

Ages: Ages 11 UP - acoustic guitars only - OPEN TO PLAYERS AND LISTENERS!  Children ages 5-10 are welcome to be dropped off for a movie, art and pizza at Church Street School (74 Warren Street) during the hours of the event at City Winery.
