Einav Yarden

Israeli pianist Einav Yarden has performed with the Israel Philharmonic, Minnesota Symphony, Calgary Philharmonic, Jerusalem Symphony, Plovdiv Philharmonic, and The Israel Symphony, under Sir Neville Marriner, Aldo Ceccato, Mark Russell Smith, Mendi Rodan and others. She has won many prizes, among them fifth prize at the prestigious Minnesota International Piano-e-Competition, fifth prize at the Honens International Piano Competition, and first prize at the Aviv Competitions. A recipient of the AICF scholarships since 1996, she recently completed four years of extensive study with renowned pianist Leon Fleisher at the Peabody Conservatory. Her festival participations include the Steans Institute for Young Artists of Ravinia Festival, Verbier, Aspen, IMS Prussia Cove, and the Sarasota Music Festival. Her performances have been broadcast on WQXR, MPR, WFMT, WBJC, CBC and Israel’s Kol Hamusica. Currently she performs throughout the U.S. and Israel. She recently came back from a successful Debut Recital in Paris's Salle Cortot, with a re-engagement for the 08-09 season.
