Bill Cotter

Bill Cotter was born and raised in the suburbs of Cleveland. After completing his sentence in a Catholic high school, Bill travelled to the east coast to attend the Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) where he received a bachelor's degree in Fine Art with a major in Illustration. Bill's hope is that he can soon use his illustration talents to crack into the children's book industry. In addition to making art and teaching, Bill also enjoys playing the piano, guitar, and harp.
